ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

PURPOSE

AN ACT to repeal certain enactments relating to confiscation and freezing of assets.

DATE OF ASSENT

26th January, 1998.

ACT

1. Repeal of Enactments Specified in Part I of the Schedule

The enactments specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed.


2. Revocation of Enactments Specified in Part II of the Schedule

The enactments specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Act are hereby revoked.


3. Defreezing of Bank Accounts

Any bank account frozen by or under any of the enactments specified in the schedule to this Act is hereby defrozen.
