LONG TITLE

AN ACT to amend the Special Import Levy Act, 2013 (Act 861) to extend the period of application of the Special Import Levy Act, 2013 (Act 861) and to provide for related matters.

Section 1 of Act 861 amended

The Special Import Levy Act, 2013 (Act 861), is amended by the substitution for section 1, of

"1. Imposition of Special Import Levy

There is imposed by this Act for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, a Special Import Levy on imported goods to be paid at the point of entry and to be computed on the Cost, Insurance and Freight value of the goods.".
