PURPOSE

AN ACT to repeal the Luxury Vehicle Levy Act, 2018 (Act 969) and to provide for related matters.

1. Act 969 repealed

The Luxury Vehicle Levy Act, 2018 (Act 969) is repealed.

2. Transitional provision

Despite the repeal of Act 969, a right, liability or an obligation in existence immediately before the repeal of Act 969 shall continue in existence until the right, liability or obligation is exercised or terminated.
