LONG TITLE

AN ACT to repeal the Emissions Levy Act, 2023 (Act 1112) and to provide for related matters.

ACT

1. Act 1112 repealed

The Emissions Levy Act, 2023 (Act 1112) is repealed.

2. Savings

Despite the repeal of Act 1112, a right, liability or an obligation in existence immediately before the repeal of Act 1112 shall continue in existence until the right, liability or obligation is exercised or terminated.
