	(1) The rights, assets and liabilities that have accrued in respect of the properties vested in the Precious Minerals Marketing Company in existence ~~i1nmediately~~ before the coming into force of this Act are transferred to the Gold Board established under this Act.		(1) The rights, assets and liabilities that have accrued in respect of the properties vested in the Precious Minerals Marketing Company in existence immediately before the coming into force of this Act are transferred to the Gold Board established under this Act.

	(2) A person in the employment of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company immediately before the coming into force of this Act shall, on the coming into force of this Act, be deemed to have been duly employed by the Gold Board established under this Act on the terms and conditions which are not less favourable in aggregate to the terms and conditions attached to the post held by the person before the coming into force of this Act.		(2) A person in the employment of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company immediately before the coming into force of this Act shall, on the coming into force of this Act, be deemed to have been duly employed by the Gold Board established under this Act on the terms and conditions which are not less favourable in aggregate to the terms and conditions attached to the post held by the person before the coming into force of this Act.
