====1. Act 1112 repealed====
The [[Emissions Levy Act, 2023 (Act 1112)]] is repealed.


====2. Savings====
Despite the repeal of Act 1112, a right, liability or an obligation in existence immediately before the repeal of Act 1112 shall continue in existence until the right, liability or obligation is exercised or terminated.
